Bone School (Osteoporosis)

$0.00

Who wants to create more problems when trying to fix another?

Research consistently shows that resistance and weight training are some of the most effective ways to support bone health for individuals with osteopenia and osteoporosis. However, loading the body without proper guidance can increase the risk of injury.

This class is designed to help you build strength and confidence safely and progressively. Rather than jumping straight into heavy weights, we focus first on establishing strong weightlifting fundamentals—teaching proper posture, movement patterns, and safe loading strategies so your bones can adapt gradually over time.

Each 45–60 minute session blends education with guided exercise in a supportive, partner-based environment. Participants will practice movements together, learn how to give and receive feedback, and develop the skills needed to safely challenge themselves as they progress.

Our goal is not just to help you exercise during class, but to teach you the principles of safe strength training so you feel confident continuing these exercises on your own in the gym. Over time, you’ll learn how to progress your workouts, load your bones effectively, and stay active while protecting your joints and spine.
