This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to strength train safely and effectively. Rather than jumping straight into intense workouts, we focus on building a strong foundation by teaching proper lifting technique, body mechanics, and fundamental movement patterns.

Participants will learn key exercises such as squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and carrying, while gradually building strength and confidence in a supportive small-group environment. Each session combines instruction, practice, and coaching to help you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.

Our goal is to give you the knowledge and skills to feel comfortable strength training—whether that’s progressing within the class or confidently working out on your own in the gym.
